If you upload your own completed flyer, your price is the listed price for the selected area.

If you want us to create the flyer for you, you can choose template flyer creation or custom flyer design.

You have three simple choices:

• Use your own flyer: Upload your completed flyer, and we broadcast it to the selected area or areas.
• Template flyer creation: Choose one of our flyer templates, and we create the flyer for you. This adds $20.
• Custom flyer design: We create a custom flyer design for your listing or promotion. This adds $30.

Uploading your own completed flyer is usually the fastest option. Once we have your flyer and order details, we can move directly into processing and scheduling.

Package or prepaid discounts may be available from time to time. If you plan to send multiple Eflyers, contact us before ordering so we can help you choose the most cost-effective option.

Yes. Pricing is based on each broadcast order and the selected broadcast area or areas. Optional services, such as flyer creation, CommissionReport.com listing placement, or Facebook posting, can be added to the order.

No. You do not need a monthly contract to place an EflyerMarketing order.

Resend pricing depends on whether you are resending the same flyer or need changes made before the resend. If you need edits before resending, choose the resend option that includes changes.

Yes. If you already have a finished flyer, you can upload it during the order process. In that case, your price is the listed price for the broadcast area or areas you select.

Template flyer creation is best when you want a clean, professional flyer based on one of our existing layouts.

Custom flyer design is best when you want a more customized layout, look, or presentation for your property or promotion.

JPG and PDF files are preferred. For best results, upload a clean, high-quality flyer file that is ready to be emailed.

Most Eflyers are property flyers, but non-property promotions may be accepted when they are related to, or of interest to, real estate professionals.

Yes. If we are creating the flyer for you, you can provide notes, preferences, listing details, photos, and specific instructions during the order process.

Customer-supplied flyer orders are typically processed faster because the flyer is already complete. Orders that require template flyer creation or custom flyer design may require additional production time.

If you need a specific broadcast date, include that request with your order.

Yes. You can request a specific broadcast date during the order process. We will do our best to schedule your Eflyer for the date requested.

Yes. If you want your Eflyer sent more than once, you can select resend options or contact us for help scheduling multiple broadcasts.

Recipient counts vary by area. Each broadcast area has its own distribution size, and pricing is listed according to the area selected.
